Proposal weekend massage in Amsterdam, for the hours either side of the question

A room of your own, and a therapist for each of you.

A proposal weekend massage in Amsterdam is arranged around one enormous hour that has nothing to do with us. The two of you still have a Friday and a Sunday, and those are the evenings we are good at.

The weekend with one enormous hour inside it

Somewhere in a proposal weekend sits a single hour that the rest of the trip has been arranged around, and one of you has been turning it over for months. The other hours matter too, and they are harder to plan, because nobody writes an itinerary for the evening before a proposal or the morning after one. That gap is what a proposal weekend massage in Amsterdam tends to fill. It gives the nervous one somewhere to put the last of the waiting, and it gives the pair of you an unhurried evening afterwards that requires no table, no taxi and no conversation with a waiter. Two therapists come to whichever room you are staying in, at whatever hour suits the plan, and the weekend keeps its shape around them rather than bending to fit ours.

A proposal weekend massage in Amsterdam, before the question or after it

Both work, and they are not the same evening at all. Booked the night before, the session is a way of reaching the important day loose instead of wound tight, and whoever is carrying the ring generally needs it more than the other. Booked the night after, it becomes the first thing the two of you do as an engaged couple, and it is quieter and rather better than a second restaurant. Some couples book both and treat the question as the hinge between two unhurried evenings. What almost never works is a massage in the hours immediately around the moment itself. Leave the afternoon of the proposal completely clear. Whatever has been planned will overrun, and a start time you keep glancing at is the precise opposite of the point.

Keeping a secret inside one message thread

If the proposal is a surprise then the booking is one too, and both survive best inside a single thread on a single phone. Write from the device your partner is least likely to pick up, state in the opening line that this is a secret, and the replies stay plain and brief. Nobody telephones unless a call is asked for, and nothing arrives afterwards. No money moves before the evening, so there is no confirmation email lying around waiting to be seen. If the two of you share a calendar or an address book, keep the booking out of both; the hour lives in the thread, and a reminder can be sent there if you want one. On the night, pass the room number over while the pair are travelling rather than leaving word at a reception desk.

If the plan moves, and it usually does

Proposal weekends slip. The weather turns, a boat is cancelled, the moment refuses to present itself on the Saturday and gets carried across to Sunday morning instead. Because nothing is paid in advance, moving or dropping a booking costs you no more than a message, and an hour can usually be shifted while the therapists are still at home. Tell us as early as you can and the same pair will be held if they are free. If the evening falls apart entirely, say so plainly; nobody here is offended, and we would far rather you cancelled than lay there for an hour with your mind three streets away. From the other direction, plenty of couples write on a Saturday night asking whether anything is free within the hour, and the answer is usually yes, with a reply inside roughly ten minutes.

Rings, valuables and the things you keep close

Somebody always asks where the ring should go. The honest answer is wherever a passport would go: in the safe, in a zipped pocket, or on a hand. Oil is involved, so rings and bracelets come off for the session in any case, and there is a small ceremony of its own in taking a new one off for the first time and sliding it back on afterwards. Nothing in the room gets moved except furniture, and only once you have said so. Valuables, documents and anything else you would rather not think about are better put away before the knock, which is true of any evening and simply more true of this one. If a photographer, a bottle or anything else has been arranged for the same night, send us the timings so the two do not land on top of each other.

What a pair costs across a weekend

A single therapist is EUR 180 an hour. Two, so that both of you are worked on at the same time, are EUR 360 an hour, with two hours at EUR 720 and three at EUR 1,080. A weekend holding a session on the Friday and another on the Sunday is therefore two bookings and two payments, each settled at the door on its own night. If one very long evening appeals more, a single therapist can stay eight hours at EUR 1,250. No deposit is taken for any of it, nothing is charged when a booking moves, and the total quoted in the thread is the number that changes hands. Cash in any major currency is fine, as are cards and crypto, and payment happens with both of them already inside rather than on the doorstep.

Two sessions, Friday and Sunday

The pattern that works best across three nights looks like this. Friday evening, a pair for an hour, early enough that dinner still happens, the aim being to reach Saturday rested rather than wired. Saturday is left entirely alone. Sunday evening, something longer, ninety minutes or two hours, once the calls home have been made and the news has stopped being news. Booking both at once gives us the full roster to draw from and makes it possible to send the same two therapists twice, which many couples prefer, since the second session begins where the first one ended. If you would rather keep Sunday open until you know how the weekend has gone, that is equally fine, and an evening request will usually find somebody free.

Arrival, payment and the small practicalities

Send the district, the street, the floor and the name on the bell or the room number, plus the hour and whether you want a therapist each. An answer comes back in roughly ten minutes carrying two names and the total. From that confirmation a central address takes twenty to thirty minutes to reach, and the pair travel together. Clear a rectangle of floor beside the bed, kill the overhead light, and lift the heating a little before they arrive; everything else, oil and towels included, comes in with them. Every booking is outcall to your own room or apartment, both of you are twenty one or over, and we work at every hour of the day and night. Hotels out near Schiphol can be arranged if the weekend happens to start or end there.
