A booking for two people needs about four lines more than a booking for one, and the four lines are not the ones most couples expect. Here is the whole process, in the order it actually happens, with the decisions separated from the things you can safely leave to us.
How long, and roughly what each of you wants. That is genuinely all that has to be settled before a message gets sent.
Length first, because it sets the price. Two therapists are €360 an hour — two full fees, neither halved for sharing a room — so ninety minutes is €540, two hours €720, three hours €1,080. A single therapist taking the two of you one after the other runs on the single ladder instead: €180 an hour, €270 for ninety minutes, €360 for two hours, and each hour past three is €180. Then what each of you wants, separately. Not a joint decision — two answers. One of you may want deep work through the back and the other something entirely different, and that is the normal shape of a couples booking rather than a complication in one.
That is it. Everything else — pairing, timing, who arrives with whom, how the room gets arranged — is handled at our end and does not need deciding by two people over a table.
Booking runs over WhatsApp, with Telegram available if the two of you prefer it, and confirmation comes back in about ten minutes. That is a real ten minutes rather than an automated acknowledgement: in that window a pair is actually assembled, checked against the hour and confirmed to you by name.
Arrival in the centre is twenty to thirty minutes from confirmation. That figure is the same wherever in the centre you are — it does not shorten because you are near Dam Square or lengthen because you are out toward the Pijp. Schiphol airport hotels are possible by arrangement, on enquiry, and need more notice than a booking in town.
We work twenty-four hours, every day, and nothing costs more at night. There is no night surcharge, no weekend surcharge and no travel charge inside the ring, so the two of you can decide at half past eleven that this is happening and pay what a Tuesday afternoon costs.
Two therapists arrive together and are unremarkable in a lobby. The room takes about four minutes to arrange and the therapists do it. The opening conversation is short and is held with each of you separately, which is when the two halves of the booking get set properly — so if something in the message was vague, that is where it stops being vague.
Payment happens on arrival, once, for the two of you: cash in any major currency at the day's rate, card, or crypto. Settle it at the start and do not think about it again.
