Nearly every booking the two of you make is confirmed by half its fee, first bookings and two-therapist visits included, and what cancelling costs depends on the notice you give. Paid wholly at the door: a known client's hour or two with one therapist, today.
Picture four couples writing to the house in the same week. The first is marking an anniversary with a therapist each for two hours, so half of that two-hour couples figure is paid as the deposit once the booking is agreed and the other half is handed over once both therapists are in the room. The second, halfway through a long city break, stretches that pair to three hours, and the sum is larger while the halving is identical. The third wants one therapist to stay with the two of them for the whole night, eight hours taken as one block, half of it before she sets out and half when she knocks. The fourth has never written to the house before and asks for ninety minutes this evening with one therapist shared between the pair of them, and that booking is cut down the middle like the other three.
All four couples are doing one piece of arithmetic, halving the couples figure printed in the rates table on every therapist's profile. The message that confirms a couples booking names that half in writing, and nobody sets out for your address until it has been paid.
Whichever partner writes, half the fee goes ahead when a booking fits any of these seven descriptions:
Every rate a couple sees on this site is written in euro, and that euro figure is what the booking costs. A couples deposit is paid first of all by card, and a pair who prefer Revolut, Wise or cryptocurrency can use one of those instead. The exact deposit and the way to send it are set down in the booking conversation before she leaves. The balance is one sum for both of you on arrival, by card, in crypto or in cash. Travellers holding dollars, pounds or another major currency may hand over the balance in that money, and the booking conversation states the exact sum in that currency before she leaves. Exactly one arrangement skips the deposit and is paid in full on arrival. It needs three things at once: a session lasting one hour or two, wanted for today, and a client already known to the house from an earlier visit. Ask for a second therapist and the evening becomes a two-therapist booking, which sends half ahead no matter how often you have booked. Lengthen the same visit to three hours, move it to tomorrow, or land it on a peak date, and the half applies again. When the exception does fit, she usually reaches a central address forty to sixty minutes after the booking is confirmed.
A couple who cancel owe the house no damages. The house keeps only the part of the fee it has already earned at the moment the cancellation reaches the booking conversation, and the notice decides that part:
When another client books the hour the two of you gave up, the whole deposit is returned. When a couple can show that the house lost less than it kept, the house keeps that lower amount and returns the rest.
The couple who wanted the whole night cancel at eight for an eleven o'clock start, while their therapist is still at home. Half of what they sent stays as fee earned and half goes back, and the part kept is returned too if someone else books that night.
A couples booking can change its date once without cost. The request reaches the booking conversation more than twenty-four hours before the booked hour, the new date falls within fourteen days, and the deposit travels across to that date intact. A second move, or a request that arrives inside the final twenty-four hours, is treated as a cancellation sent at that moment: the notice scale decides what is kept, and whatever the scale leaves over carries across to the new date.
A known client's same-day hour or two with one therapist carries no deposit. Called off before she has set out, it costs the two of you nothing. Called off while she is travelling, it costs the part of the fee her journey represents, and nothing more is asked.
If the house cannot deliver the session a couple booked, the deposit comes back to them. The two of you choose between the money and a new date, and a deposit you would rather move is held for as long as you need to pick the evening. If one of the therapists you chose cannot come, the house tells you as soon as it knows, and you either choose again from the roster or take the deposit back.
A clash in either partner's calendar, a moved flight or a change of heart is handled as a move or a cancellation on the scale.
A couples booking agreed by message is a distance contract. The rules for a distance contract sit in Book 6 of the Dutch Civil Code, articles 6:230m to 6:230z, which bring the EU Consumer Rights Directive into Dutch law. Under them a consumer usually has fourteen days to withdraw. Article 6:230p excludes certain contracts from that right, including services related to leisure activities where the contract fixes a specific date or period. A couples booking is for a named hour on a named day, which is what that exception is for. For a couples booking, the fourteen-day right therefore does not arise.
A booking for today has a second ground. Before she sets out, the house asks the two of you in the booking conversation to confirm that you want the session performed at once. The same message asks you to confirm that you understand the fourteen-day right will not apply once the session has been performed. The rest of what governs a couples booking is in the terms.
If a couple end a session before the reserved time is over, the full fee stays due, because the time was reserved for the two of you, she made the journey to your room, and the minutes left cannot be offered to another client.
Each therapist decides what a session includes and where her limits are. If her safety or her comfort is not respected by either of you, or either of you presses a limit she has set, she ends the visit there and then. By then she is at your door or in the room, the hour having been held for the pair of you and her journey made, so the fee for the time reserved stays due. No further charge is added to that fee for either of you.
A couples booking is a false booking when it meets any one of these listing criteria:
A couple who simply miss an appointment meet none of these criteria. A missed appointment is a cancellation and is handled on the notice scale.
If a couples booking meets a listing criterion, or a therapist ends a visit because a limit was pressed, a short internal note is written by the house. The note holds the date, what happened, and the name and number used for the booking. Each note is kept for twelve months. The note stays inside the house and is never shared with anyone. It is used for one purpose only, deciding whether to accept a further booking from the same person. The privacy page sets out what is recorded and how to object to the note or have it removed. Where the events may amount to a criminal offence, the house may report them to the police.
A genuine pair who book under their own name and answer the knock will never be touched by any of it. The note is there for women who arrive alone, often late at night, at hotels they have never entered, sometimes two of them together for a booking like yours, with a handful of messages to go on.
