Questions couples ask us.

Two therapists, two questions each time: what does the second one do, and what does she cost. Both are answered here, along with everything asked after them.

Two therapists in one room, are the two of us worked on at the same time, or one after the other?

At the same time, side by side. The two working surfaces go up far enough apart that neither therapist is moving around the other, close enough that the two of you can reach across. The pair agree their sequence before anything starts and time themselves against each other, so your two sessions stop within a minute or two of one another rather than one of you lying there waiting.

Could one therapist take the two of us, one after the other?

A single therapist can, and for most couples it is the wrong shape. One of you is already dressed while the other is an hour from starting, and the thing the booking was made for, two sessions running at once, does not happen. It also takes twice the evening to arrive at the same place. Ask on WhatsApp if you want it that way regardless.

What is the difference between four-hand and booking two therapists for the two of us?

The same two therapists; what changes is how many people they are working on, and the figure with it: one hourly sum with both of them on one of you, and twice that with one on each of you. Four hands puts both of them on one body at once. A couples booking puts one therapist on each of you at the same time. Some couples take a longer booking and split it, an hour of four hands each, then the last stretch side by side.

Do the two of us have to want the same thing from the hour?

No, and most couples do not. The two sessions are chosen separately, tantra for one, deep oil work for the other, and the pair keep to roughly the same stage of the hour rather than to the same stroke. What matters is that both sessions stop together, and that is a question of timing rather than of matching choices. Say both preferences when you book, so the two of you can choose therapists who suit them.

One of us is keener on this than the other. Does that cause a problem?

It is common enough that the pair plan around it. Two people settle at different rates, often several minutes apart, and the therapists let that happen instead of correcting it, the pace is read off each of you separately and nothing is run to a schedule. Mention it when you book, and say which of you it is.

How does an ordinary hotel room work for two of us and two therapists?

Better than most people expect. A standard double has been enough far more often than not; what helps is a little floor space on either side of the bed, a door that locks and a shower. Warm oils, fresh towels and everything else the session needs travel with the therapists. There is no studio and no incall, every booking comes to your room or apartment, and Schiphol airport hotels are by arrangement, on enquiry.

We are thinking of a longer booking for the two of us. How does the two-therapist rate run past an hour?

A therapist each holds at twice the shared hour and multiplies plainly: two hours is two of those hours, three hours is three of them. Neither session is reduced for sharing a room, because two people give up the same evening and two people travel to you. Nothing is added for a late hour, for a weekend, or for distance inside the ring.

Is it one bill for the two of us, or do we settle separately?

One bill for the booking: where a deposit applies, half clears in the thread after we accept, and the balance is paid on arrival at the start, cash in any major currency, card, or crypto. Which of you hands it over is between the two of you, and it does not come up again for the rest of the evening.

We have decided on tonight between us. What do we write, and how soon do we know?

Use the WhatsApp button: the date and time, the length, where you are, and that you want two therapists. The reply confirms two names and the total, and arrival in the centre usually runs forty to sixty minutes from there. Telegram works the same way. Forty-five names on the roster, free at different hours of the day and night, is what makes a pair at short notice possible; a few hours of notice widens the choice.

Can the two of us keep two therapists for a whole night?

An overnight for the two of you with a single therapist is eight hours in one block. With a therapist each it is a larger block, and both of them send half ahead once we accept. The two figures sit on every profile.

We are two friends travelling together rather than a couple. Does that change anything?

Nothing at all, beyond the word above the door. Two people in one room with a therapist each is the same booking whether you have been together twelve years or simply share a flight home. The pair are not told what you are to one another and will not ask. The one thing worth mentioning is how you would like the room laid out, because two friends more often want the surfaces further apart than a couple do, and that is trivial to arrange if it is said before anyone sets off.

We are in a rented apartment rather than a hotel. Does that work for two therapists?

It works, and a good share of what we do is apartments. The requirements are identical either way: somewhere flat for each of you, a strip of floor down both sides of it, a warm room and a door that locks. What an apartment adds is the street door, so send the buzzer name and the floor along with the address and nobody is left pressing panels in the rain. Old canal buildings have steep stairs, which costs an arrival about a minute and changes nothing else about the evening.

Can we pick both therapists ourselves?

Yes, and it is the usual route. Choose the two names from the profiles and the reply says whether both are free and whether they have worked together before, since a pair who have are quicker into a room than a pair meeting on your landing. If you only agree on one, name her, describe what the other of you wants, and the reply lists who else is free that night so you can read their profiles and choose. Each therapist then decides for herself whether she takes the booking.

We are staying at an airport hotel near Schiphol. Can two therapists come out there?

By arrangement, and what changes is the timing rather than the price or the pairing. The forty to sixty minute window belongs to the centre and does not reach that far out, so instead of a promise you get a realistic figure for that particular night and decide with it in front of you. Say Schiphol in your opening line rather than once the names are settled, because the honest answer is occasionally that an hour later would suit everyone a great deal better.

Do the two of us have to undress to the same extent?

No, and nothing is expected either way. Each of you settles that with your own therapist at the start of your own session, and the two sides of one room are allowed to be quite different. Towels travel with the pair and are used as much or as little as you want them. If one of you would rather begin covered and see how the hour develops, that is ordinary and needs no announcement, although saying it early does tend to make the first ten minutes easier for everybody.

What if one of us falls asleep, or the two sessions do not stop at the same moment?

Falling asleep is a compliment and happens often enough that the pair already plan around it. Neither of you gets woken to keep the room in step. As for the two sessions stopping at different moments, the two therapists time themselves against one another rather than against a clock, so the gap is normally a minute or two and not something you would notice. Where one session genuinely runs slower, the other therapist keeps working until both sessions are done, at no extra cost and with nothing said about it.

Can we add another hour once the two of them are already here?

Often, though never promised, because it depends entirely on what either of them has after you. Ask in the room or send a line to the same thread, and the answer comes back there. An added hour with a therapist each is charged at the hourly figure the first one was, on exactly the terms of the first, and settled together with the rest. If you already suspect the evening will run long, booking the extra hour at the start is far simpler than negotiating it at midnight.

Nuru needs a shower. What if only one of us wants it?

That is a perfectly workable evening and we arrange it regularly. One of you takes nuru while the other takes something dry on the far side of the room, and the pair carry what both sessions need: sheet and warmed gel for one, oil and towels for the other. The shower then only has to serve one person, which removes the single scheduling question nuru ever raises. Say which of you wants which when you write, so nothing has to be unpacked twice.

What language will the two therapists speak?

English, all of them, and frequently a good deal besides. Across the roster there is French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Dutch among others, so if the two of you would rather not spend an evening in a second language, name the one you want and the reply lists who speaks it and is free that night. Ask early rather than late: language narrows the field more sharply than most preferences do, and it is much easier to satisfy with a few hours in hand.

Can we book a particular date months ahead?

You can, and for an evening with a date attached it is worth doing, although not for the reason most people assume. Availability on any given night is rarely the difficulty. What early notice actually buys is the pairing, since the two names you would most like are far likelier to both be free if the evening is written into the week rather than into the hour. We confirm again nearer the time, so nothing sits unanswered for months.

Is there anything the two of us should do beforehand?

Very little. A shower each if there is time, something light to eat rather than something heavy, and nothing scheduled afterwards that either of you would have to get dressed for. Leave the room warmer than you would usually keep it, because a cold body braces and a braced body is harder to work with. Everything else arrives with the pair, so there is nothing to buy, move or lay out before the knock comes.

Can one of us sit the hour out and simply be in the room?

Yes, and it is a more common arrangement than this page makes it look. Book the single therapist, and the other of you reads, dozes or stays exactly where they are. Nobody is asked to take part and nobody is made to feel watched. A second therapist cannot usually be produced on the spot halfway through, so if a change of mind seems even possible, say so when you write and we will tell you honestly what a late addition would look like on that particular night.

My partner and I have never booked with you. We would like ninety minutes with one therapist tonight. Do we have to pay something before she comes?

Yes. Your first booking carries half ahead however short the notice, and one therapist looking after the two of you is priced on the couples row: ninety minutes sends half of the ninety-minute figure before she sets out, and a single hour would send half of the hourly one. The booking conversation names the sum and how to send it, by card or, if you prefer, by Revolut, Wise or crypto. Because the session is for tonight, the same conversation asks the two of you to confirm that you want it performed at once. The remaining half is paid on arrival. After that first visit, an hour or two with one therapist for the same day can be paid in full at the door.

We booked two therapists for our anniversary next Saturday and now want to call it off. If we cancel six days early, do we get part of it back?

You get all of it back. A therapist each for two hours sends half the fee ahead, and with six days of notice you are well outside the last twenty-four hours, so the whole deposit is returned. Cancelled inside the final twenty-four hours, before the therapists have left, half the deposit would be kept as fee already earned and half returned; once they are on their way, the whole deposit would be kept, unless another client takes the evening or you can show the house lost less. Moving the evening is the alternative worth knowing about: with six days in hand, one move to a date within the next fourteen days keeps the deposit attached to the booking.

Last time we paid for an hour at the door. Can we have two therapists this afternoon on the same terms?

Not on the same terms. The door-payment exception covers only a known client's session of one or two hours on the day itself; a second therapist makes it a two-therapist booking, and those always send half ahead, however familiar you are to the house. For the two of you with two therapists for two hours, half is paid by card, Revolut, Wise or crypto once the booking is agreed, and the balance is paid on arrival. If a single therapist for one or two hours this afternoon suits you instead, the full fee can still be paid at the door.

Who decides what a session includes when there are two of us?

Each therapist decides for herself, and she tells the two of you where her limits are. She may decline the booking before it reaches her or after, without giving a reason, and she may end the visit at any point. If either of you presses a limit she has set, she ends the visit there. She is at your door by then, the hour was held for the two of you and the journey already made, so the fee for the whole of the reserved time stays due, with nothing charged on top. The terms put this in writing.

Do both of us need to show identification?

Both of you have to be twenty-one or over, along with anyone else in the room, and she may ask each of you to show photo identification when she arrives. She looks and hands it straight back; nothing is copied, scanned, photographed or written down. If she cannot satisfy herself that both of you, and anyone else there, are twenty-one or over, she leaves before the session starts. The age statement says the same.

Still unsure

A question we have not answered here is worth sending anyway.

Someone reads the thread at every hour of the night. Ask before you commit to anything; nothing is booked until the two of you say so.
