Caroline, and how she works.

Among the more experienced of the De Pijp regulars, Caroline is usually the half of a pair who sets the tone in the first five minutes. She has a good instinct for which of two people is the more uncertain, and she starts there, quietly, without making it obvious. Longer bookings suit her better than the single hour; three hours in an apartment off the Ferdinand Bolstraat is much closer to how she likes to work. Spanish or English, she is the same person in both, which is rarer than it sounds.

She works outcall only — your hotel room, your serviced apartment, your own flat. Twenty to thirty minutes across the centre once the booking is settled, at any hour. Schiphol airport hotels are by arrangement.
