A first message that saves a round trip has four things in it:
You do not need all four to start. The hour and the district are enough for the reply to say who is free, and the rest can be settled in the same thread. If you are two people who want different things in the same hour, say that plainly in the first message, it is the most useful sentence you can send us, and it decides whether you want one therapist or a pair.
Reply times vary with the hour and with how much has to be checked, such as whether two therapists are free at the same time. Airport hotels sit outside the usual arrival window, so mention one early and the reply gives a realistic journey time before you commit.
The opening reply is usually a question or two rather than a confirmation, and they are always the same questions: how long, and one therapist or two. If you have named a pair we deal with that before anything else, since their availability is the thing most likely to change the plan. Once those are settled the confirmation arrives in a single message carrying both names, an arrival time and the total. No surname, no card number typed into a chat, and nothing you would have to photograph or upload anywhere; where a deposit applies, the payment details arrive only once the booking is agreed. A first name is optional and an invented one is fine. We need an address at the point the pair leave and not a minute earlier than that. Booking conversations are deleted twelve months after their last message.
Someone on the roster is free at every hour, and a booking for four in the morning carries the same figure and the same arrival window as one for four in the afternoon. From inside the ring that window is usually forty to sixty minutes. Schiphol is the one address where you get a journey time rather than a window, so mention it in the first line and a realistic answer comes back before you commit to anything.
