Have the door release or a phone to hand, because the buzzer in these blocks is not always reliable. Half is settled once we accept, and the balance changes hands in the flat rather than on the step, in cash in any major currency, by card or in crypto. One therapist for the two of you is one hourly figure, a therapist each is twice it, two hours with a therapist each is twice that again, and an eight hour overnight for the couple with one therapist is a block.
