Olivia

02 Who arrives

Olivia, and how she works.

English is her only language and she has never seriously needed another, least of all where half the conversations on the street are in it anyway. What distinguishes her in couples work is patience: she lets a booking take its own shape rather than imposing one, and she trusts the second therapist to do the same. The person not currently on the table gets as much of her attention as the one who is, which is the whole trick and almost nobody does it. Ninety minutes and upward, mostly, and once a booking is confirmed she is at the door inside forty to sixty minutes.

Olivia decides which bookings she takes and may decline any of them; she sets the limits for what a session includes, says what they are, and may end a visit at any point, as the terms set out.

She works outcall only, your hotel room, your serviced apartment, your own flat. Forty to sixty minutes across the centre once the booking is settled, at any hour. Schiphol airport hotels are by arrangement.
