Natalie, and how she works.

Being Latvian, with Russian and English besides, gives her a wide reach across the Centrum hotels, where the guests could be from anywhere and usually are. In a pair she is the composed half — the door, the music, the practicalities — and she handles all of it lightly enough that it reads as hospitality rather than organisation. Twenty-eight years have made her patient about the parts of an evening that cannot be scheduled. Symmetry matters to her: both of you should leave the room in the same state, rather than one of you ahead of the other.

She works outcall only — your hotel room, your serviced apartment, your own flat. Twenty to thirty minutes across the centre once the booking is settled, at any hour. Schiphol airport hotels are by arrangement.
