02 Who arrives

Constance, and how she works.

She has the manner of someone who has been in a great many hotel rooms and has never once seemed impressed by any of them. In a pair she takes the organising part naturally: who starts where, who finishes when, how the last ten minutes are spent. Couples like that there is a shape to it, because it means neither of you has to be in charge of the evening. The Centrum at three in the morning is quieter than the Centrum at nine, and so is she. Any hour, then, and the small ones by preference.

She works outcall only — your hotel room, your serviced apartment, your own flat. Twenty to thirty minutes across the centre once the booking is settled, at any hour. Schiphol airport hotels are by arrangement.
