Balance on arrival means the part of the fee still owing once any deposit is counted, handed to the therapists at your door by cash, card or crypto.
A couple's booking usually has two payments, and it helps to know which is which. The earlier one, when a booking calls for it, is the deposit, cleared online ahead of any journey. The second is the balance, and this entry is about that one: the amount still owing when the therapists knock.
For nearly every couples booking the balance is exactly half the fee, because the deposit has already covered the other half. A pair booked for three hours, EUR 1,080 in total, leaves EUR 540 for the door. Book the eight-hour night at EUR 1,250 and EUR 625 is what she collects. A returning client's same-day hour with one therapist, the one arrangement that carries no deposit, leaves the whole EUR 180 as the balance. The office states both figures in the thread when it accepts, so neither of you needs to calculate on the night.
Cash is accepted in any major currency, converted at that day's exchange rate, which suits couples arriving with pounds, dollars or francs still in a wallet. A card works for couples who would rather not visit a cash machine. Cryptocurrency is the third option. It makes no difference which partner pays; the balance is one amount and the therapists take it once.
When a pair arrives, the balance is still a single payment for the booking, not one payment per therapist. Have it ready before they arrive, particularly in cash, so the start of the session is not spent counting notes on the bed.
Balance on arrival describes the remainder, not the whole booking. Reading it as "nothing before" is the most common misunderstanding couples bring to this site. For how much goes ahead and when, see the deposit entry; for the complete price list, see the prices page.
