A deposit is half the fee, paid by card or another online method once a booking is confirmed, and couples meet it on most bookings because two therapists always carry one.
For couples the deposit is less an exception than an expectation. Two couples formats in particular, a pair of therapists and a booking made days ahead for a special date, each require one on their own. It is half the fee, the confirming message names the exact figure inside the booking conversation, and it is paid before any therapist sets out.
Half is confirmed ahead for: every two-therapist booking; every booking made more than twenty-four hours in advance; every overnight; every session of three hours or longer; every Schiphol or airport-hotel booking; every peak date, such as the conference weeks that fill the city, ADE, Pride, King's Day and the days around Christmas and New Year; and the first booking from any new client.
One arrangement is paid entirely on arrival instead: one or two hours of massage, booked for today, by a client already known to the house from an earlier visit. It is the exception, not the rule, and for couples it only fits a single therapist.
A therapist each for three hours sends half of the three-hour pair figure ahead. One therapist overnight for the couple sends half the block. A new couple's first single hour with one therapist sends half of that hour before she leaves. Two hours with one therapist shared between you, booked for tomorrow, sends half again. Each of those halves is named in writing inside the booking conversation before anybody travels.
Card comes first, and Revolut, Wise and cryptocurrency are accepted for it too, each clearing before anyone travels. Bank transfer is not used for it, and cash cannot be, because cash is paid in the room and settles the balance. The payment details appear only in the booking conversation, once the booking is confirmed; a request from anyone else, or before confirmation, did not come from the house.
A couple who cancel owe no damages. What is kept is the part of the fee already earned by the time the message arrives: nothing with more than twenty-four hours of notice, half the deposit inside the final twenty-four hours, and all of it once the therapists have left for your address. A deposit held back is returned if the hour is booked by someone else, and a couple who can show the loss was lower are given the difference.
