A deposit is half the fee, settled electronically once the office accepts, and couples meet it on most bookings because two therapists always require one.
For couples the deposit is less an exception than an expectation. The two most common couples formats, a pair of therapists and a booking made days ahead for a special date, each require one on their own. It is fixed at fifty percent, the office names the exact figure inside the WhatsApp thread as part of saying yes, and it must clear before any therapist sets out.
Half is confirmed ahead for: every two-therapist booking; every booking made more than twenty-four hours in advance; every overnight; every session of three hours or longer; every companion format (the girlfriend experience, a dinner date, an event, a travel or social companion); every Schiphol or airport-hotel booking; every peak date, such as the conference weeks that fill the city, ADE, Pride, King's Day and the days around Christmas and New Year; and the first booking from any new client.
One arrangement is paid entirely on arrival instead: one or two hours of massage, booked for today, by a client the office has welcomed on an earlier occasion. It is the exception, not the rule, and for couples it only fits a single therapist.
Two therapists, three hours: EUR 1,080, of which EUR 540 goes ahead. One therapist overnight: EUR 1,250, of which EUR 625 goes ahead. A new couple's first single hour: EUR 90 of an EUR 180 fee, sent before she leaves. Two hours with one therapist booked for tomorrow: EUR 360, of which EUR 180 goes ahead.
Four methods are accepted for it: card, Revolut, Wise and cryptocurrency, each clearing online before anyone travels. Bank transfer is not accepted for it, and cash cannot be, because cash arrives with the therapist and pays the balance. The payment details appear only in the confirmed WhatsApp thread, after the office has accepted; a request from anyone else, or before acceptance, did not come from the house.
