Write from your own phone, mention that it is a surprise, and choose a time when you know the two of you will be back in the room. We will not contact the hotel or send anything that could give the plan away. Some givers tell their partner only that a present is arriving at nine; others let the knock on the door do the explaining.
One practical tip: make sure the room is ready without making it obvious. Suggest a shower after dinner, tidy the floor on both sides of the bed casually, and turn the heating up a little. The pair will do the rest when they arrive.
Choosing the two therapists for someone else
You know your partner better than we do, so a sentence about what they like helps more than anything. Firm or gentle, chatty or silent, an interest in a particular style. What the present costs
Four hands for one guest is on the single-client, two-therapist row. An hour costs EUR 360, ninety minutes EUR 540, two hours EUR 720. For a birthday, ninety minutes is the length givers pick most often, because it feels generous without taking over the whole evening.
Every booking with two therapists is secured by half the total in advance, sent by card, Revolut, Wise or crypto. For a ninety-minute present that is EUR 270 before the day and EUR 270 when the pair arrive. The giver can pay both halves, so the birthday guest never sees a figure. Birthday bookings are usually made a day or more ahead, which carries a deposit in any case. A cancelled birthday booking does not get its deposit back, but if the date moves more than 24 hours before the start, a single change to another day within 14 days keeps the deposit in place.
Timing on the day
Evening is the natural slot, after a birthday dinner. Leave at least an hour between a large meal and the start, and keep the celebratory drinks light before the session. Morning birthday surprises also work, especially on the last day of a trip: breakfast in the room, then the knock at eleven. Across the centre the pair arrive forty to sixty minutes after confirmation, so for a fixed time, simply book the time and we plan backwards.
A card to go with it
Some givers like to have something to hand over before the knock. There is no voucher to print, and we would rather not send anything by post to a hotel. A handwritten note saying two visitors are coming at nine, and nothing more, has worked very well for many couples.
What to put in the message
