A shared booking is one reservation made in one name for two guests, with one thread, one deposit where required and one balance, whoever of you pays it.
Two people, one booking. It sounds obvious, but couples often ask whether each partner needs to write separately, pay separately or show up separately in the office's records. None of that is needed, and a few habits make a shared booking run without friction.
One partner writes to the office and becomes the named client for the booking. Every message about it, the confirmation, the deposit amount, the payment details and any change of time, stays inside that single thread. If the other partner wants to follow along, the simplest way is to sit together while the messages arrive. A second thread started from a second phone slows things down and can create a duplicate request that the office then has to untangle.
A returning client is the person who booked before, not automatically the couple. If one of you has booked here before and the other has not, write from the account the office already knows. A first booking from a new client carries a deposit of half; the sole booking settled wholly at the door is one or two hours with a single therapist, today, for someone the house already knows. For a couple that exception is narrow, because asking for two therapists turns the booking into a two-therapist one, and those always send half first.
The balance is a single amount. Whichever partner is closer to the wallet can hand over cash in a major currency, tap a card or send crypto; the therapists do not split it between you. Where a deposit applies it too is paid once, by one of the methods the office names in the thread.
